It is the middle of December, and for those of us north of the equator that means we’ll be seeing our shortest days of the year. Short days mean less sunlight, and less sunlight means this is the perfect time to examine our sleeping habits and — if need be — reset our Circadian Rhythm back to normal. We all know that sleep is pretty much mandatory. I mean if you have ever gone successive days with minimal or no sleep, you know that you turn into a zombie. I remember pulling all-nighters in college and even sometimes at work and I'd pretty much be a zombie without the bad makeup for days following. It’s clear, refreshing and pure… right? Is it? I mean is it really pure? Often we think of water as pure when it looks clear. But sadly that can be a mistaken assumption. Just because the water is clear doesn’t mean it contains impurities, toxins and pathogens in it. So how do we be sure?
