It is the middle of December, and for those of us north of the equator that means we’ll be seeing our shortest days of the year. Short days mean less sunlight, and less sunlight means this is the perfect time to examine our sleeping habits and — if need be — reset our Circadian Rhythm back to normal. Does your Circadian Rhythm need realignment?

If you struggle to wake up in the morning, and struggle to fall asleep at night, the answer is an emphatic YES. Getting your biological clock back in order starts with examining your day-to-day patterns. Believe it or not, lots of the things we do on a daily basis—watch TV, use our smartphones, eat, exercise — can dramatically impact how our body determines whether or not it’s time for sleep.

That is why, in this week’s video, I’m going to talk to you about some of the minor lifestyle adjustments you make to trigger changes that are both positive and significant in your sleeping patterns.
