It seems like everytime I look somewhere on the internet I am greeted with an ad for the latest cleanse, or 21 day detox program! Perhaps its a side effect of being in the health and wellness industry, but it seems like everyone is talking about detoxing!

From what exactly? That is my question! One of the easiest ways to stop having to do detoxes all the time is to stop putting yourself in contact with all those different toxins! Easier said than done, right? I mean let’s face it, we live in a much more toxic world than our parents or grandparents did! So how do we navigate it all?

Well this month, I want to declare it Toxin Awareness month. So each week we will explore what this means and what actionable steps each one of us can do to work toward having less exposure. So we start by looking at what toxicity even means - check out the video to find out more!
