It all starts with the food we eat. This is the basis for any health plan and feeling our best. A primary pillar if you will. But what if the food we eat, contains toxins in them? How do we navigate our food choices so that we are choosing the safest food for our budgets?
And once we have sorted that out, let’s also look at our cookware. Could we really be getting toxins from the pots and pans we use to cook our food in?
