What a great question!! One of my readers/viewers asked the question, “How can I tell if I have too much toxin exposure?” I mean most of this stuff is invisible right? And when it’s invisible, how do I know if it’s having an effect on me?

This is an exercise in awareness in terms of your body. How is your body trying to communicate to you if there is a place (workplace, home, etc) that has so many toxins that your body burden has gotten to be too much? A lot of times we don’t connect the dots to a place, but think about if there is a consistent location that you get headaches, brain fog, skin rashes, sniffles or stuffy nose. These are all clues that your body uses to tell you that you might be exposed to high toxin loads at a particular place.

In this week’s video, I give you some examples of things to look out for when trying to “spot” environmental toxins and know when it’s been too much for you personally.
