Well I wanted to have finished a snazzy blog post about setting intentions for the new year, to have sent out another newsletter and have my 2015 review done and my 2016 planning complete. Reality is, the flu got me a few days ago and I've been sleeping most of the last 72 hours. I'll probably sleep right through midnight and the celebrations too.
Of the few waking hours today I did get to be outside enjoying the sunshine and beautiful coastline. I spent that time reflecting on what a marvelous year 2015 has been. It's had some high highs and low lows, but I'd be rather bored if it were all flat, am I right?! I'm so grateful for my clients, who teach me to be a better coach everyday. I'm grateful for the strides I've made in my health and getting the opportunity to guide others in their journey. I'm grateful for pushing my own limits, learning new skills and getting a bit more comfortable with being uncomfortable. I'm also grateful to have found those magical little ways to bring more joy and love in.
So for 2016, my intentions are to amplify some of the same from this last year: to #optoutside more, to continue to allow #love and #joy and #gratitude in and to find new ways to guide even more people in transforming autoimmune into vitality.
But really the #2015bestnine image says it all: capture the colorful moments in the sky, #optoutside, love your dogs and hangout in hammocks! I could do with more of that in 2016 too.
🎉✨Happy New Year ✨🎉 to all of you!
